Limitation on Liability
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available".  In consideration and acceptance of entrance into this attraction, holder of tickets agrees to release the operator, affiliates, officers, directors, members and employees and landlord from any liability, harm, injury, sickness or property damage or loss, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending this attraction.

Bookings

Online bookings are handled by a Third Party provider (Bookeo). Escape Rooms at Chittyville does not control Third Party provider performance. We suggest reading their Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

 

Cancellations
As these games are live events, no cancellations are allowed. Bookings are final and not refundable. Make sure you book for the right time and the right game.

 

Game rules

As these games are run on a set schedule, please arrive 15 minutes before your booked game time. Once the game has started, you will not be able to enter the room. If you cannot make your escape in the 60 minutes available, don't worry, we will still let you out. There is also a "last resort" (emergency) key clearly marked inside the room. However, if you use this key to escape, your game will end immediately.
