FAQ
We have always been a no-touch haunt. And this year will not be any different. Our actors don't touch you, and you do not touch them. If you walk up on another group inside the haunt, please slow down to keep in line with social distancing.
In order to limit the waiting line as much as possible, we have implemented a virtual queue line. When purchasing/picking up your ticket from the ticket booth, we will enter your group into the virtual queue. You will be notified by text when it is your turn for your group to enter the haunt. You may wait in or by your vehicle. Groups will be limited to a maximum of 6 people at a time. If there are more than 6 people in your group, you will be separated into 2 smaller groups.
What time do you open?
The ticket office will be open at 6:30pm, with the haunt starting at 7pm.
