COVID Information 2021

Customers will be required to wear masks/face coverings per Illinois State mandate. Refusal to wear masks while inside our haunt will result in removal from the haunt with no refund. We understand that some people may have breathing or other medical issues that make them unable to wear a mask, however, due to the nature of our haunt, if you suffer from breathing problems, anxiety due to claustrophobia, seizures, or similar problems, you should not enter the haunt due to narrow spaces, extreme fog and other triggers to such medical issues.

All staff will wear masks/face coverings where social distancing is not possible or be separated by a barrier.

All staff will be screened and have their temperatures checked before entering the haunt.

Staff will be sanitizing surfaces on a regular basis.

Hand sanitizer will be located onsite.

Staff and visitors are asked not to come to our haunt if they are not feeling well or experiencing ANY COVID-19 symptoms or are currently awaiting testing results and/or had been been asked to self-quarantine by local health department due to contact tracing.

In order to lower contact between staff and visitors, we encourage and offer online ticket sales. In-person sales will still be available as well.

We have always been a no-touch haunt. And this year will not be any different. Our actors don't touch you, and you do not touch them. If you walk up on another group inside the haunt, please slow down to keep in line with social distancing.

In order to limit the waiting line as much as possible, we are implementing a virtual queue line. When purchasing/picking up your ticket from the ticket booth, we will enter your group into the virtual queue. You will be notified by text when it is your turn for your group to enter the haunt. You may wait in or by your vehicle. This will enable you to continue to socially distance from other people. Groups will be limited to a maximum of 6 people at a time. If there are more than 6 people in your group, you will be separated into 2 smaller groups. This will help to keep bigger distances between visitors and staff/actors.
